Andrea has an extended knowledge of the gelato market with more than 20 years of experience not only in the production of gelato but also as a consultant in the industry. He truly believes that “Happiness is watching a kid enjoying his gelato”, and his objective is to bring this happiness all over the world.
He worked in Europe, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam. Some of the brands he worked for are Gelato Messina Australia, Lukomades Australia (franchising), Le petit Gateou Australia, Harrods Thailand, la Milana Vietnam.
Andrea moved to Vietnam 2 years ago, where he learned and created new flavours tied to the local taste.
