OZIO is a Mexican project born from the passion for learning the characteristics and production processes of Italian “gelato artigianale” — with the goal of offering an artisanal gelato that stays true to this tradition.
The word artisanal is closely linked to the ability to give a personal touch to the creation of a product. In our case, this is reflected in everything — from the development of each recipe and the meticulous selection of ingredients, to their final transformation into gelato.
