Chiara Serafini

Chiara Serafini, born in Rome in 1993, is a partner at Gelateria I Mannari, one of the most renowned gelato shops in Rome, celebrated for over twenty years of award-winning craftsmanship. She joined the laboratory in 2017, almost by chance, while studying at university, and soon developed a passion for the craft, embracing the artisanal philosophy of I Mannari. Starting from the counter, she worked her way up to become a gelato maker, completing her training with courses in chocolate and modern pastry, which she now applies daily in her work.
