Marco Berardi

Marco Berardi is an Italian pastry chef and baker with over 20 years of experience in artisan baking, pastry, and traditional Italian desserts. He is currently the Pastry Chef at Bontà Bakery in Naples, Florida, an all-day bakery dedicated to bringing authentic Italian flavors to the local community through handcrafted pastries, breads, pizzas, and artisanal gelato.

A former student of the internationally renowned master baker Piergiorgio Giorilli, Marco has refined his skills alongside some of Italy's most respected pastry professionals, including Panettone master Attilio Servi.

Having built his career in both Italy and the United States, Marco combines deep knowledge of Italian baking traditions with a passion for innovation, quality ingredients, and authentic craftsmanship. His mission is to share the true taste of Italy through products that celebrate tradition while meeting the highest standards of excellence.
