Driven by a deep love for the pastry arts, Salma Langar has carved an inspiring path between Tunis and Paris. A graduate of the Institut des Hautes Études Touristiques (IHET), the Luxury Hotel School in Paris, and Le Cordon Bleu with a specialization in pastry, she chose early on to turn her passion into a pursuit of excellence.

She began her career with renowned chef Cyril Lignac, gaining valuable experience in French haute pâtisserie. But it was upon returning to Tunisia in 2014 that Salma truly found her voice—crafting a pastry style that is honest, refined, and generous.

In 2022, she launched Boulevard des Capucines, a space that reflects her vision: where creativity, precision, and warmth come together. Recognized with the Torchi Food Award for Tunisia’s best viennoiserie in both 2023 and 2024, Salma continues to push boundaries with the same passion that first inspired her.

Today, she is developing new product lines and preparing to launch a new artisanal gelateria—another way to share her love of flavor, texture, and joyful indulgence.
