Privacy Policy
Pursuant to article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the "Regulation") Iceteam1927 - Ali Group S.r.l. (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, "Iceteam1927") informs you that your data will be processed in the following way and for the following purposes.
Nature of personal data
The processing will concern personal data and will be limited to those that are strictly relevant to and necessary for the purposes pursued.
Purpose of the processing
The processing of data will have the purpose of allowing the data controller to:
- manage your registration request, your purchase order and the consequent organization of the course of interest to you, also by sending teaching materials or communications strictly related to the service purchased;
- use images, voices and/or names, possibly recorded during the courses mentioned above, in order to allow the participants to enjoy the lessons at a distance, even in asynchronous mode, where applicable;
- use the images, voices and/or names, recorded through photographs and/or audiovisual recording, made as part of the service you registered for, for promotional purposes, both through printed publications and on the website and social channels such as, but not limited to, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, belonging to the company;
- send newsletters, communications and/or information material on the services offered by the Data Controller or activities promoted and/or organized by the Data Controller by email, mail and/or telephone.
Legal basis of processing operations
The legal basis of the processing is, for the purposes referred to in points a) and b), the contract. While, with regard to the purposes referred to in points c) and d) the legal basis is the consent.
Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
Providing personal data required for the purposes referred to in point a) and b) above is mandatory. Any refusal, in whole or in part, to provide such data, or an incorrect or untrue statement, will make it impossible for the Data Controller to proceed with your registration on the platform and/or to process the purchase order of the course of your interest.
While, with regard to the purposes referred to in points c) and d) data provision is optional and any refusal to provide data will have no consequences.
Method of processing
The processing of personal data may concern all the operations indicated in art. 4, number 2) of the Regulation. In any case, the limits and principles of correctness, lawfulness, purpose, quality, relevance, non excess and transparency will be respected.
Personal data will be processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and will be stored in electronic archives.
The processing will be carried out directly by Iceteam1927's organization. In any case, the processing of data will be done with logics strictly related to the purposes indicated and with methods that ensure their security and confidentiality, through the adoption of appropriate measures to prevent alteration, deletion, destruction, unauthorized access or processing not allowed or not in accordance with the purposes pursued.
Data disclosure
Pursuant to article 49 letter a) of the Regulation, the data could be disclosed to third parties, such as companies that are partners of the Data Controller with registered offices in third countries for which no adequacy decision or other forms of guarantees equivalent to those provided for by the Regulation itself are required.
Duration of processing and storage period
Personal data voluntarily provided by the data subject for registration and possible order to purchase a course will be processed by the Data Controller and stored for ten years, unless a longer period is required by law or if the data are necessary to defend the Data Controller's rights. The image, voice or name that may be recorded during the courses mentioned above will be processed by the Data Controller and stored for a period of five years. While, with regard to using email, mail, and/or telephone contacts to send newsletters, communications and/or informative and advertising materials for services offered by the Data Controller and/or activities promoted or organized by the same, the personal data will be processed exclusively for the period in which the newsletter service is active.
Rights of data subjects
You may at any time exercise your rights:
- a) to access to personal data;
- b) to obtain their rectification or deletion or to limit their processing;
- c) to object to the processing;
- d) of data portability;
- e) to withdraw consent: the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before the withdrawal;
- f) to make a complaint to the Supervisory Authorities (Personal Data Protection Authority).
