Matteo Zini is a distinguished Italian gelato chef who has made a remarkable impact on the gelato industry. After moving to Australia, Matteo opened one of the most successful gelato shops, which now boasts five branches. His expertise extends beyond his own ventures, as he also works as a consultant, helping others establish their gelato shops with ongoing support and training.
Matteo collaborates closely with Ice Team 1927 Cattabriga, a pioneer in gelato machines and gelaterias with a legacy spanning almost a century (97 years). Known for his professional skills and approachable demeanor, Matteo is not only a master chef but also a passionate and engaging teacher.
