FABTECH announces a new event dedicated to food enthusiasts and professionals: “From Harvest to Gelato Craft”, a two‑day intensive workshop designed to explore the entire process that transforms fresh ingredients into artisanal gelato.
The event will take place on April 21–22, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, at the FABTECH facility located at 2299 Chino Roces, Makati. Participants will enjoy theoretical sessions and hands‑on demonstrations using professional Cattabriga and Gruppo Dolci equipment, with a focus on fresh ingredients, production techniques, and best practices for creating high‑quality gelato. Lunch is included.
